  • Where can I park?

    San Antonio street and anywhere around the plaza offers free parking. Behind the studio, there is a bank parking lot that you can pay to park in. The Downtown Room is not responsible for any towing fees.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Pet’s are not allowed at this time :(

  • Who can rent the studio?

    The studio is for photographers. BUT! If you are wanting to use the studio for something else, like a small workshop, styled shoot, content days, etc. Please reach out!

  • Is there furniture in the studio?

    Yes! There are couches and chairs. Feel free to move whatever furniture you want around the studio. Please just put it back where you found it!

  • Can I arrive early?

    Due to the nature of bookings, unfortunately, you cannot arrive early. Please account for set up and tear down within your scheduled booking time.

  • Does the studio have additional lighting?

    No, there is no other lighting in the studio besides the beautiful natural light let in by the windows. If you need additional lighting, please feel free to do so.

  • Is there a dressing room?

    There are 2 rooms with a doors and a bathroom for you to use!

  • What can I bring?

    Whatever you think you’ll need! Bring your own props, clothes, etc. Just be respectful of the space and clean up after yourself.

  • Can I bring food or drinks?

    No fast food, meals, etc. Cakes are allowed for cake smash sessions.

    All drinks must have a lid.

    Any mess not cleaned up from the food can result in a cleaning fee.

  • Can I host a small event?

    Sure!! Small workshops, styled shoots, bridal brunch or baby showers are welcome! As long as they are smaller than 15 people, we’d love to have you!

  • Can I take a tour?

    At this time, due the nature of booking, there are no tours offered at this time. Please reach out for additional photos/videos of the studio.
